The widow who is really in need and left all alone puts her hope in God and continues night and day to pray and to ask God for help. 1 Timothy 5:5 NIV

Thought

Whether you have lost a spouse or another loved one, there is no doubt that you are really in need and left all alone. Loneliness is that place of emotional aloneness created by death and grief. While there are no quick remedies, spiritual perseverance will lead you away from your loneliness. Hope in God, continue to pray, and ask God for help. God answers. God will help you.

Prayer

God, I feel that I have been left all alone by the death of my loved one. I am really in need of your presence. I hope in you; I pray for your help. Amen.

Assurance

I will pray both night and day.
